I’ve lived in this building for 5 years and I love the location, it’s right off the freeway.the staff is excellent and is great with helping with any concerns. The apartment is very spacious and a lot of sq ft. The brick lofts is a great place if you are looking for your next apartment !!

I have thoroughly enjoyed living in the Brick Lofts since January 2023. Throughout my time here, it has been fantastic for my family and me. Any issues are promptly addressed and resolved, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient. The overall cleanliness of the complex is remarkable. In my opinion, it's the best apartment complex in the Cleveland area that I've come across.

I’ve been living here for a year and it’s one of my best locations I’ve lived in. My 1br and nice, clean and roomy but not too much where it’s too much to keep up with. I’ve never had a problem with the staff and the maintenance guy is the best! Whenever I need something fixed or looked at he’s there right away and makes sure he does his best to fix it. Very nice man and super helpful. Thank you for everything you guys do for the building!

Great place to live & centrally located to everything in the city. Staff is amazing and friendly. Top tier maintenance crew will take care of all of your needs. Just recently installed new flooring and did a great job.

I've been here for 6 years, the management team has been outstanding, and very responsive. Previous teams have been questionable, but staying here now is great. The hallways are maintained, and the grounds as well, it's dog friendly, and they host community events. I recommend this place to anyone looking. It's unforgettable!

Great price point from other Loft competitors. Friendly neighbors. Upgraded laundry fitness and gaming center. Great place for the traditional nostalgic person of traditional Lofts.

Our apartment and the scenery is absolutely beautiful. The landscaping is on point! The hallways are cool and comfy and smells delightful. With that being said let me get to the real deal. Team work, from the top to the amazing staff ( professional all the time): this group make Brick Loft a fantastic place to live!
